Keeping up with the advancing times, we are moving to a Phygital (Physical + Digital) customer experience in our projects, which marries the best aspects of both online and offline environments. Going Phygitalinvolves using technology in physical environments to completely transform the user experience using the 3 I’s – ‘immersion’ with ‘immediacy’ to increase ‘interaction’. Having also been successfully implemented in our PNB Heritage Museum project, Phygital environments straddle both the brick-and-mortar and digital worlds.
Our methodology varies from client to client, however here are a few key points, we go by:
- – Research and Curation
- – Narrative and Conceptual Narrative
- – Evaluation for Conservation of artefacts or collections
- – Spatial Planning and Assessment
- – Exhibit & Display Design
- – Content and Graphic Integration
- – Branding & Communication strategy
- – Integration of MEP services
- – Integration of Interactive IT concepts
