We are a multidisciplinary design studio specializing in the field of Communication Design. We are an inspired team working towards finding design solutions for a client which includes functionality, aesthetics, communication and standardization.

We believe that design is core of all businesses making it fun, young, stimulating and appealing. Design can help you say your story and give you solutions, simply.We not only work on a project basis for specific design solutions, but if client so wishes are happy to hand hold the client in converting design solutions to product deliverable. Kajal Jain - Principal of the Studio

Kajal Jain is the principal of the studio has an experience of 14 years in working for prestigious clients like Punjab National Bank, Future Group, National Rail Museum, PVR cinemas, TATA Motors, Indo German Chamber of Commerce(IGCC), Hero Moto, Samsung, Coca Cola, DCM Shriram CL, Nerolac etc..She is from the Class of ’04 of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, specialized in Communication & Space Design.

Studio MESO, won a nationwide pitch to design a corporate and heritage museum for one of India’s second-largest PSU Banks, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in the year 2018. Located at the bank’s Headquarters in Dwarka in Delhi, PNB Heritage (PNB Dharohar) a landmark project marking the completion of 125 years of Punjab National Bank glorious history, present and future vision was conceptualized, designed and detailed by Studio MESO over last year.

A proud moment for our team and realization for Shri Sunil Mehta’s (MD, PNB) vision, the Corporate Museum was inaugurated by the Shri Anuraag Thakur, Minister of State for Finance, on 30th September 2019 at Punjab National Bank’s Head Quarter, located in Sector 10, Dwaraka, Delhi.

This museum portrays the historical narrative related to the events leading to the establishment of the Bank and working in the past years of its banking existence depicting Bank’s legacy, adoption of financial management as per the economic policy of the GOI, modernization of banking practices and the expansion of its horizons.

Spread across three floors/ Galleries namely Sanrachna, Sankalpa & Sampada. of 100sqm area each is a narrative through time. The inception of the concept has been the state of the art portrayal, modern and technology-driven to complement the existing world-class building architecture of the new PNB corporate head office. Marked by an iconic installation called” The Growing tree”, it is an embodiment of the bank’s pre-Independence origin, evolution and vastness of the 2nd largest National bank of our country.

The Growing tree or Tree of Progression forms an integral part of PNB Heritage Museum where it not only adds to the visual highlight but it also works as ‘Sutradhar’ in narration connecting all the three levels at the museum visually and conceptually.

REWARI STEAM CENTRE, National Rail Museum, New Delhi July 2014 Tender Awarded by RITES & National Rail Museum

This is a pioneering project with an initiative of the National Rail Museum, New Delhi, the purpose of the project was to develop a Master Plan for India’s first working museum dedicated to Steam Locomotives. A final Design proposal submitted to develop a Master Plan for major up gradation of existing working Steam Loco Shed at Rewari, Northern Railway into a modern, attractive and World Class Steam Centre as a Heritage Museum, Knowledge Centre and a functional Maintenance Depot of MG and BG Steam Locos.

Indian Railways have planned to develop Rewari Steam Centre as an important Tourist destination for Steam Rail Heritage, showcasing working full size Steam Locos of different types and makes and other related exhibits creating an environment of Steam Heritage. A Project Commissioned by National Rail Museum & RITES. This was done in collaboration with Aishwarya Tipnis Architects.

The work involved the preparation of measured drawings, condition assessment, development of design proposals (architectural, interior, way finding, museum layout and landscaping) as well as good for construction drawings as part of the masterplan was completed in October 2014

Kajal Jain - Principal of the Studio

Kajal Gutgutia

Founder & Principal

Kajal (Jain) Gutgutia is the principal of Studio MESO and the driving force behind its incubation. Having founded Studio MESO in 2012, Kajal is driven to create human centric solutions with aesthetic appeal. With over 16 years of experience in spatial and communication design across various verticals like exhibitions, cinemas, restaurants and experiential environments, Kajal extends her vision of empowering institutions, organizations and entrepreneurs through a journey of creative interventions and resolutions. She is from the Class of ’04 of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and has had experience of working with prestigious clients like PVR cinemas, TATA Motors, Indo German Chamber of Commerce(IGCC), Hero Moto, Samsung, Coke, DCM Shriram CL, Nerolac etc. to name a few.
Strongly influenced by building intriguing narratives, her forte lies in creating branding stories, conceptual spaces and meaningful experiences.Her role and responsibility at Studio MESO is to look into design ideation, work methodology and implementation processes involved across four verticals of business. Beyond this she also strives and make sure each and every individual is pushed to excel and is always encouraged to walk that extra mile to deliver their best.

Satish Kumar Jain,

Head: Project Management 

Mr. S.K Jain retired as Chief Engineer from EME (Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) wing of the Indian army and leads our project management and advisory work. He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 4 decades, in getting large projects executed and build systems and processes to supervise these projects. At Studio MESO, Mr. Jain, has built a strong back-end to manage and control projects in an effective manner. His maturity, technical knowledge and integrated methods brings stability and depth in our perception of project implementation, management and fulfilment.

Aaditya Gutgutia,

Strategy Advisor & Mentor

Aaditya is an investment banker with 16 years of experience in the domain. He has a vast exposure to multiple industries and has worked with prestigious organizations like SBI Capital Markets, Axis Capital and Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. In his last role, he headed the North India investment banking business Edelweiss. He also brings with him a keen understanding of scaling service businesses and building organizations. In terms of his educational background, Aaditya is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon. He has a deep interest in understanding different business models and is also a prolific investor with an enviable track record.  At Studio MESO he has brought with him a strategic long term orientation in building the business and has helped us define our business lines, areas of focus and growth strategies.

Umeet Kaur 

 Financial consultant

Umeet is our financial and legal consultant who helps us around with our accounting, taxation, compliance and legal requirements. She is the principal of M/s Umeet Kaur & Associates which is an integrated Corporate Law and Secretarial Firm. The Firm is piloted by CS Umeet Kaur, who is a Fellow Member of ICSI and Master Degree holder in Business Policy & Corporate Governance.

Jitender Kumar

IT Infrastructure Consultant

Jitendra is a Microsoft certified Systems Administrator and acts as an IT infrastructure backbone for our team and helps us with all our software and hardware needs and helps us be online. He ensures us with our data security needs and enables our teams to work consistently and smoothly without any hitch.

Sonali Jain

Legal Advisor

Sonali is our Legal advisor who helps us with our contracts and legal processes.She is an advocate practicing in the High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court of India with experience in civil & commercial dispute resolution and advisory. She graduated in B.A. (Hons) English from Jesus & Mary College, University of Delhi and thereafter completed L.L.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
